1. Standard Return Policy (Non-Custom Items)

- Condition for Return : To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition and must include all original packaging . Items must not have been altered, washed, or damaged.
- Process : To start a return, please contact us at contact@mraprint.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a prepaid return label for eligible items.
- Refund Processing : Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days . Shipping fees are non-refundable.
2. Custom-Made Item Policy
- No Returns on Custom-Made Products : Custom-designed products (including but not limited to personalized engravings, custom sizes, colors, or other bespoke requests) are non-returnable unless they are defective or not as described in the order.
- Error in Customization : If we make an error in the customization process (eg, a spelling mistake or incorrect design), we will gladly correct it and ship the revised product at no additional cost to you.
- Quality Concerns : If you believe there is a defect in the craftsmanship or a mistake on our part, please contact us immediately. We may ask for clear photos and a description of the issue, and we will work with you to rectify the situation.
3. Defective or Damaged Products
- Receiving Damaged Goods : In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective , please reach out within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange a new product for you. Upon receipt of the damaged product, we will offer you a replacement , depending on your preference and stock availability.
- Proof of Damage : Please include clear photographs of the damage or defect when you contact us to help us resolve the issue quickly.
4. Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges due to the unique nature of our handmade products.
